Its a free-form text area for you to make your own witty, interesting and thoughtful observations
about the world, things and people in the world (or anything you'd like) for other members to read.
You can upload up to three pictures for each entry. Many
people make at least one entry per day, but you don't have to do anything if you have no interest in
a weblog. You can make as many entries per day as you'd like.
Caution: You must have typed a weblog subject in the box
before you hit the "Enter to my weblog" button, or you are going to lose everything that you type.
PLEASE do not forget the weblog subject, or for that matter, any required input.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Can I upload pictures?
Of course, but three pictures for each entry is the maximum. So if you have something like a travelogue
with a lot of pictures that you'd like to share, you can make multiple entries, with each entry
having three pictures.
How does it work?
First go to the Weblog Control area, found at either the left side in the menu-bar,
or at the top.
When you are done, click the "Enter Into My Weblog" button and you're done. Its as simple as that.
Do I have to make a weblog?
No. It is entirely optional.
Can I add comments to my own weblog entry?
Yes. Just click the "Display/Make Comments on Post" link at the bottom of each of your entries.
Is it possible to stop other members from posting comments?
In general, no. Hopefully this won't be a problem for anyone? Site administrators will be checking
comments periodically however, and will remove insulting or inflammatory posts. If this persists
then the abuser will have posting priviliges removed.
Aren't my weblog entries and comments just erased after a certain time, like mail and message board mail?
No, not for weblogs. Nothing will be erased and all of your entries and comments will stay on our server as long as your
account remains active for at least six months. If you don't log-in to the site within six months, your
weblog entries may be erased.
