This portion is for your information, and pertains to rules that govern taiwancenter.org

1. No representative from the Taiwan Center will ever contact you requesting your password. NEVER give your password to anyone. If you misplace or lose your password, follow the instructions in the "Change Password" or the "Forgot Password" found in the sidebar menu on the left side of each page under the "Site Administration" area. Even we cannot know your password as it is encrypted on our server.
2. We will not willingly divulge your identity or personal information to any third party at any time.

By utilizing taiwancenter.org you agree and guarantee to not violate another person's rights, interests and repuation, or violate federal, state and local laws, including but not limited to the following:

1. Writing or posting pictures that slander, insult, are indecent, that can potentially or actually violate public peace.
2. The right of privacy, business secrets, trademark rights, copyrights, patents, or other intellectual property rights and other rights contained therein.
3. Utilizing taiwancenter.org and acting as an agent for, or acting as another person.
4. Transmission or dispersion of computer viruses.
5. Posting information that may lead to the trading of firearms, narcotics, banned drugs, the piracy of software or other illicit activity.
6. Providing information for gambling or the temptation for participation in gambling by any means.
7. The sending of bulk or "spam" mails.

Taiwan Center reserves the right to remove offending posts to its server, and remove users from its site that it deems does not follow the above posting guidelines.

1. All members must agree that taiwancenter.org accepts no responsibility or liability for any content posted, typed, or input to any server computer utilized by taiwancenter.org by any member. Members and users agree to use the site at their own risk.
2. Any member must agree that taiwancenter.org's owners/operators will not be held responsible for any improper use of its site.
3. All members agree to indemnify taiwancenter.org's owners/operators from any monetary damages while utilizing the site directly or indirectly.
